As part of a consortium of suppliers, Pillar Contractor carried out the design, designer’s supervision and construction of the disaster management centre, creating a modern A+ energy-efficiency building with specialized premises for the needs of emergency services. The project included extensive utility network construction, landscaping of the site, and sustainability solutions, including heat pumps, solar panels and a BMS building management system, ensuring high functionality and energy efficiency.
