Our team
Pillar Contractor’s strength is our people, who work every day on projects of various scales.
Our team has more than 150 employees, including around 40 certified specialists in design, construction management, utility infrastructure and other technical fields.
Every project is a joint effort for us. And when working together, no project is too large for us and no detail is too small. This allows us to approach both complex, large-scale facilities and smaller but equally important projects with the same level of commitment.
Our team’s professionalism is demonstrated by long-standing cooperation with clients and partners who trust us, as well as by industry recognition and awards for completed work and high appraisal in engineering competitions.
Pillar Contractor’s growth is based on people who think together, take responsibility, and work with a clear goal — to create high-quality solutions that serve the long term and are useful for both people and the environment.
This approach is guided day to day by the Pillar Contractor management team — people with experience, responsibility, and a clear vision for the development of each project.

Sustainability
Sustainability is not a separate step for us, but a natural part of the entire construction process — from design and planning to work organization and quality control. Our goal is to create buildings and infrastructure that are safe, functional, and environmentally friendly in the long term.

Responsibility towards employees and society
We care about:
-
a safe and health-friendly working environment;
-
professional growth and development of employee competencies;
-
transparent, responsible project management;

reducing environmental impact at every stage of the project.
