Pillar Contractor, as the general contractor, carried out the construction of a new warehouse complex at Maskavas iela 462, where several warehouse buildings, ancillary buildings and engineering structures were built, as well as an extensive network of external utilities (water supply, sewerage, gas, electricity supply and telecommunications). The project covered more than 64,000 m² of construction work and also included infrastructure solutions such as a firefighting water reservoir and treatment facilities, ensuring the full functionality of the industrial area.
