Multi-specialty medical and surgical center New Hanza Med (Stages II and III)

Pillar Contractor converted office premises, adapting them to the needs of a multifunctional medical center. The aim was to create a gynecology and surgery clinic, an aesthetics clinic, a laboratory, and a radiology department, all of which require higher standards for sterility, microclimate, and engineering systems. As part of the construction works, new elevator shafts, roof structures, and ventilation platforms were built, medical gas networks were installed, special raised floors and operating room floors were constructed, and BMS and low-current systems were integrated.
