Residential buildings – Pillar Mežciema mājas, Phase 2

Construction of the multi-apartment residential building Pillar Mežciema mājas, Phase 2, with another 10-storey building with 78 apartments being built next to the existing building. In the second phase of the Mežciema mājas project, two-room, three-room and four-room apartments with full interior finishing, ranging from 45 to 88 square metres, will be available for purchase. Each apartment will include a separate utility room for convenient storage, as well as a balcony or terrace. In the second phase of Mežciema mājas, individual storage rooms will be available to residents on the first floor of the building. The area adjacent to the building will be richly landscaped. Special attention has also been given to outdoor activities for children of different ages in a specially equipped children’s playground. Residents will have access to a spacious car park with 88 parking spaces, 28 of which will be under a canopy.
