The multi-apartment building in Mežciems built by “Pillar Contractor” has been commissioned

Pillar Contractor, SIA, a real estate design and construction company owned by AmberStone Group, AS, commissioned its first A+ energy-efficiency class multi-apartment building project in Riga on 29 September this year, thereby successfully fulfilling the agreement concluded between the companies.

The new building “Mežciema mājas” is located at 47A Sergeja Eizenšteina Street, right next to Biķernieki Forest. It offers 79 apartments ranging from 45 to 87 square metres. The building meets the highest A+ energy-efficiency class and is a nearly zero-energy building; in addition, part of the electricity needed for common-use needs will be provided by solar panels installed on the roof of the building. The microclimate in the apartment premises is ensured by an autonomous ventilation unit installed in each apartment, while specially high sound-insulation windows provide quietness in the apartments.

With residents’ comfort in mind, each apartment has a storage room as well as a balcony or terrace. Special attention has been paid to the improvement and landscaping of the territory. Currently, three furnished and fully equipped demo apartments are open for viewing in the multi-apartment project. The new residents will be able to receive the keys to their homes as early as December.
