The reconstruction of Rixwell Hotel Konventa Sēta continues

As part of the development of AmberStone Group’s hospitality business line, the second phase of the reconstruction of the Rixwell Hotel Konventa Sēta, which is in the portfolio of its subsidiary AmberStone Hotels, has begun this year. As part of this phase, two buildings with a total area of 1,200 m2 and 34 hotel rooms are being fully reconstructed.

The reconstruction work is being carried out by the construction organization and quality control company Pillar Contractor, and within its scope all utilities will be replaced, an air-conditioning system will be installed, the façades of the hotel buildings will be renovated, and the interior will be improved.

The second-phase reconstruction work is planned to be completed by October of this year, which will allow Rixwell Hotel Konventa Sēta to offer its guests a total of 68 rooms with 4-star elegance and quality. The full reconstruction of the hotel and the renovation of the remaining 92 rooms are planned to be completed within two to three years.

In addition to the aforementioned hotel, the AmberStone Hotels portfolio also includes Rija VEF Hotel, as well as Rixwell Old Town Hotel in Tallinn. At the same time, two more hotels in Riga Old Town are at the project stage.
