Our reconstructed hotels in Riga and Tallinn have opened

After a prolonged period of downtime, during which extensive reconstruction work was carried out, today we have opened our hotel “Konventa Sēta” in Riga and the hotel “Rija Old Town Hotel” in Tallinn.
We have already reported that, as part of the reconstruction of the “Konventa Sēta” hotel, two buildings with a total area of just over 1,100 m2 were restored over the past year, including the renovation of 34 hotel rooms. This work was carried out by the company Pillar Contractor. In total, from 1 July the hotel is welcoming guests in 150 rooms, of which 67 have already been renovated, while the remaining 83 will be gradually renovated in the next stages. As part of the further reconstruction, an additional 13 rooms will also be built, bringing the total number of hotel rooms to 163.
At the hotel in Tallinn, we will welcome visitors in 41 freshly renovated rooms. We used the Covid pandemic period to renovate the hotel’s interior and façade, which will allow the hotel’s category to be raised from 3 stars to 3 Superior.
