Carillon Aparthotel

Pillar Contractor carried out the complete reconstruction of a culturally and historically valuable building in the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Historic Centre of Riga”, ensuring the careful integration of restoration work and modern engineering solutions. As part of the project, the historic façades, windows, stoves, stairwells and Art Nouveau details were restored, while 103 box-frame windows, 96 wooden windows, new lifts and floor structures (90% new) were installed. A full installation of engineering networks was carried out, along with reconstruction of the roof and restoration of the courtyard with granite paving; a structural glazing extension and façade lighting were also implemented, restoring a total of 3,772 m² of building area and ensuring its sustainable future use.
