First demo room created at Carillon Aparthotel
In the upcoming aparthotel Carillon Aparthotel, which is currently being built in Old Riga at 13 Pils Street, the first Executive category demo room has been created. This is the next significant step in the development of the hotel – eight months after the topping-out ceremony, which marked the building reaching its highest point of construction.
The demo room offers an opportunity to get a glimpse of the hotel’s interior and high-quality design, created by Kristīna Reinberga in collaboration with the architectural firm Vilnis Mičulis Arhitekti. It is the first space in which the concepts have become reality.
Carillon Aparthotel will be located in a reconstructed six-storey pre-war masonry building with a total area exceeding 5,000 m². The hotel will feature 61 fully equipped apartments, some of which will offer views of Old Riga and Riga Cathedral.
The hotel is scheduled to open at the end of 2025. The project is being developed by AmberStone Hotels, SIA, which is investing more than 12 million euros, and the reconstruction is being carried out by Pillar Contractor, SIA.
Carillon Aparthotel will be the second hotel in the Keystone Collection chain. The first – Konventa Sēta Hotel – opened in May 2024. Both hotels will be managed by Keystone Management, SIA, which specializes in managing high-end hotels in Riga’s historic center.
