Foundation stone laid for the residential quarter “Vītolu parks”

On 8 October, the foundation stone of the upcoming residential quarter “Vītolu parks” was ceremonially laid in Sarkandaugava, marking the next stage in the project’s development. Construction is being carried out by SIA “Pillar Contractor”, while the project is one of the most significant investments in Latvia by the Estonian real estate developer “Invego”.

“Vītolu parks” is planned as a modern Class A energy-efficiency residential district with 363 apartments in a landscaped environment. The quarter will consist of eight seven-storey buildings surrounded by a spacious park with inner courtyards, playgrounds, pedestrian and cycling paths, as well as sports and recreation areas. The project pays special attention to residents’ quality of life — the apartments will feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, private gardens, and carefully planned shared green areas that will create a harmonious and comfortable living environment. The first buildings are planned to be commissioned in 2026.

The contract for the project’s construction between “Invego” and “Pillar Contractor” was signed on 19 May this year. The foundation stone-laying ceremony was attended by the project developer, representatives of “Pillar Contractor”, the authors of the architectural concept “RUUME arhitekti”, builders, engineers, and other partners.
