“Pillar Contractor” is building new and energy-efficient apartments in Dreiliņi

Pillar Contractor, SIA, a real estate developer owned by AmberStone Group, AS, has begun construction of the new Dreiliņu priedes apartment building project.

Dreiliņu priedes is a modern, functional and energy-efficient apartment project in Dreiliņi — at Baltinavas Street 17, Riga. It consists of three buildings: one nine-storey building and two four-storey buildings, with a total of 122 apartments available. These include two-room, three-room and four-room apartments with full interior finishing, ranging in size from 47 to 86 square metres. Each apartment will have a separate utility room for more convenient storage and a balcony or terrace.

With an aesthetic and safe environment in mind, the courtyard is planned not only to be richly landscaped, but also to include a children’s playground for outdoor recreation. For residents’ convenience, the territory will include parking spaces, as well as parking areas with electric car charging options.

Pillar builds its new apartment buildings to be as energy-efficient as possible — nearly zero-energy buildings, where part of the electricity needed for shared-use needs is provided by solar panels. Each apartment is equipped with an autonomous ventilation unit with an air heat recovery function, which is essential for healthy air and the overall indoor climate of the home.

Construction of the project has already begun, all three buildings are planned to be commissioned in the summer of 2024, while apartment reservations can already be made now. AmberStone Group, AS plans to invest around 14 million euros in the project.
