The new New Hanza office building constructed by Pillar Contractor has been commissioned

Pillar Contractor, SIA, the real estate design and construction company owned by AmberStone Group, AS, has completed the main work on the new Class A office building in the New Hanza area, at 1 Mihaila Tāla Street. The building has been commissioned, and more than 50% of its total 12,680 m2 of leasable space has already been reserved.
The New Hanza office will be one of the most energy-efficient buildings in Riga. A number of companies have already chosen it as their new office home, including the real estate agency AVER Brokerage, the certified auditors’ commercial company Nexia Audit Advice, and others.
Tenants of the office building will also have access to spacious coworking and socialising areas that meet modern requirements, with a total area of 500 m2, including a shared kitchen, a spacious lounge, a room for small conferences, and several meeting rooms of various sizes.
The general contractor for the office building is Pillar Contractor, while building management services will be provided by Pillar Property Management.
