Pillar Contractor ranks among Latvia’s construction TOP 10

Pillar Contractor has entered the TOP 10 largest construction companies in Latvia, according to data compiled by Dienas Bizness for 2024*. This is a significant achievement for the company, as such a high position has been reached for the first time. In addition, among all Latvian companies by turnover, Pillar Contractor ranks 261st, demonstrating stable growth and competitiveness.

Jānis Lāčaunieks, Chairman of the Board of Pillar Contractor, emphasizes that the increase in turnover in 2024 was supported by several large-scale projects implemented in both the private and public sectors, as well as by the company’s targeted development in building technical capacity and a professional team.

Meanwhile, the increase in profit is linked to more efficient process management, careful control of costs and risks, as well as investments made in previous years that have begun to deliver greater returns. 2025 will also be a year of growth, enabling the company to strengthen its position in Latvia’s construction sector.
