The multi-apartment building “Dreiliņu priedes”, built by Pillar Contractor, has been commissioned

On 27 August,  the new multi-apartment project “Dreiliņu priedes” at Ēvalda Valtera Street 1, Riga, was commissioned.

The project consists of three buildings: one nine-storey and two four-storey buildings with 122 apartments. The project offers two-room, three-room and four-room apartments with full interior finishing, ranging in area from 47 to 86 square metres.

The new multi-apartment buildings meet the highest A+ energy efficiency class and are nearly zero-energy buildings, where part of the electricity required for shared-use needs will be provided by solar panels installed on the roofs of the buildings. The microclimate in the apartment premises is ensured by an autonomous ventilation unit with a heat recovery function installed in each apartment.

The project’s high energy efficiency is confirmed by the results of the building airtightness test – they are three times better than the minimum requirements of Latvian building regulations and can be considered excellent. Statistical data show that only about 5% of new projects are able to achieve such indicators.

The new residents will be able to receive the keys to their homes as early as November. Three furnished and fully equipped show apartments are open for viewing in the project. More about the project can be found on the website: dreilinupriedes.pillar.lv.

“Dreiliņu priedes” is already the second A+ energy efficiency class multi-apartment building project developed by Pillar Contractor in Riga to have been commissioned. Its construction lasted 16 months.  Another project –  “Dārzciema liepas” is being built at Franča Trasuna Street 17.
